Interactive simulation

Simulation of a CAD dispatch console

This is how a command center runs on our platform: incidents arrive with a case number and priority, the dispatcher assigns the nearest unit and every step is logged with a timestamp.

Step 2 · Assign units to EX-20261004-0007 from the left panel or by tapping them on the map.

Try it

  1. 1Select an incident in the top row or on the map and assign units from the left panel; suggested groups are highlighted in orange.
  2. 2Follow the response on a real map of Mexico City and add notes to the incident's activity log.
  3. 3When the unit arrives, close the incident or mark it as unfounded. To watch it run on its own, turn on "Automatic dispatch" and speed it up to x4.

What you are seeing

Automatic prioritization

Incidents are sorted by priority and age so nothing urgent falls behind.

Units by type

Patrol cars, ambulances, fire, civil protection and tow trucks, with live status and the suggested type for each incident.

Measured response times

Intake, dispatch, arrival and closure are all timestamped for reporting.

Tamper-proof log

Every action is recorded; in the production system, tied to the user and impossible to delete.

Simulation with fictitious data that runs entirely in your browser. The real system is configured with each institution's catalogs, roles and integrations.
