1. Identity and address of the data controller
Exylia Systems ("Exylia"), with its address at Ciudad de México, México, is the data controller responsible for the processing of the personal data you provide to us, in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, LFPDPPP) and other applicable regulations.
2. Personal data we collect
When you fill out a form on www.exylia.com or register with us at an event, we may collect:
- Full name.
- Organization or company and job title.
- Email address and phone or WhatsApp number.
- Topics of interest and any message you choose to send us.
We do not request sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in the free-text message field of the form.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data for the following purposes, which are necessary to respond to your request:
- Contacting you to respond to your request for information, an assessment or a demo.
- Preparing and sending you service proposals.
- Following up on any business relationship that may be established.
Additionally, and only if you do not object, we may use your data to:
- Send you information about new Exylia services, events or content.
If you do not want your data to be used for this additional purpose, write to us at contacto@exylia.com. Your objection will not affect how we handle your request.
4. Transfers and data processors
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. It may only be disclosed when required by law or by a competent authority.
To operate this website and our communications, we may rely on hosting, email and productivity tool providers that act as data processors, process the data solely on our behalf and are obligated to protect it.
5. ARCO rights and withdrawal of consent
You may access, rectify or cancel your personal data, or object to its processing (ARCO rights, for their Spanish acronym), as well as withdraw your consent or limit its use, by sending an email to contacto@exylia.com including the following:
- Your name and a means to send you our response.
- A document proving your identity or, where applicable, that of your legal representative.
- A clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise.
- Any information that helps us locate your data.
We will respond within the time limits established by law, through the same channel in which we received your request.
6. Security measures
We apply administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or processing, including encrypted connections and role-based access restrictions.
7. Cookies and local storage
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The event registration page temporarily stores registrations in the local storage of our team's device so they can later be added to our contacts.
8. Changes to this notice
We may update this privacy notice due to regulatory changes or changes to our services. The current version will always be published on this page with its last updated date.
9. Authority
If you believe your right to the protection of personal data has been violated, you may file a complaint with the competent Mexican authority for the protection of personal data held by private parties.
