Admin portals

Custom admin portals for your team, your customers and your suppliers

We build web platforms where your company runs its daily operation and where customers, suppliers and employees handle on their own what they now request by email or phone, with role-based permissions and a log of every change.

Includes

  • Admin dashboards and back office
  • Client, supplier and employee portals
  • Approval workflows and document uploads
  • Notifications and API integrations

The challenge

An operation run through email, WhatsApp and spreadsheets

In many companies, running the operation means chasing information: customers emailing to ask about their order status, suppliers sending invoices over WhatsApp, approvals waiting in someone's inbox and reports assembled by hand every week.

The team spends hours on repetitive tasks, information is duplicated across files and it's unclear who approved what and when.

We design custom admin portals that bring those processes into a single platform, with a different view for each profile and rules that enforce themselves.

The solution

How your portal is organized

An admin portal is built in layers: who signs in, what they see, which rules govern it, what it connects to and where the information is stored. We design each one around your processes.

  1. Layer 01

    Users

The people who use the portal, inside and outside your company, each with their own access.

    • Internal team
    • Customers
    • Suppliers
    • Employees
    • Administrators
  2. Layer 02

    Portal

Dashboards and views designed for each profile, in the browser or a mobile app, with what each person needs to get their work done.

    • Admin dashboard
    • Client portal
    • Supplier portal
    • Employee intranet
    • Dashboards
  3. Layer 03

    Rules and permissions

Roles, approval workflows and validations applied to every operation, with a log of who did what and when.

    • Roles and permissions
    • Approval workflows
    • Document validation
    • Change log
  4. Layer 04

    Integrations

Connections to the systems your company already uses and to the channels where it notifies each person.

    • ERP and accounting
    • Email
    • Messaging and WhatsApp
    • Third-party APIs
    • Automated tasks
  5. Layer 05

    Data and infrastructure

Information lives in your own database, backed up and deployed wherever your company decides.

    • Your own database
    • Document storage
    • Scheduled backups
    • Your own server or private cloud

Each user only sees and changes what their role allows, and every change is logged with its author and date.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions: Admin and client portals

What is the difference between an admin portal and an institutional website?

An institutional website is a public site meant to inform and attract visitors. An admin portal is a platform with users, permissions and processes: it requires signing in and is used to operate, approve and track work. Many companies have both, and they can be connected.

Can it connect to the ERP or accounting system we already use?

Yes. We integrate the portal through an API or file exchange with the systems your company already has, so information isn't entered twice.

Can you send notifications over WhatsApp?

Yes. The portal can send notifications by email and by WhatsApp through official business messaging channels, for example when an order status changes or an approval is pending.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes. Portals adapt to any screen and, when the operation calls for it, we develop a mobile app connected to the same platform.

How long does it take to develop a portal?

It depends on the number of profiles, processes and integrations. We deliver usable functionality in short cycles, starting with the process that costs your team the most time today. At the end of the assessment we give you a detailed schedule.

Where is the information stored?

In your company's own database, deployed on your servers or in a private cloud, with scheduled backups. The code and the data are yours.

Stop running your operation through email

Schedule an assessment and together we'll review which of your company's processes to move into a portal first.
